	Building Relationships... One Project at a Time.
	The Arizona Cement Masons -- Operative Plasterers & Cement Masons International Association Local 394 -- is not "yesterday's union."

Arizona Cement Masons is dedicated to partnering with contractors and community members in need of service projects, as well as conducting ongoing and special trainings for our apprentices and journeymen. You'll also see us at job fairs and special industry events. Here's what's new!

Serving Our Community
Members of the Arizona Cement Masons partnered up with Kitchell Contracting and various suppliers to help some deserving families in need in southwest Phoenix. Our masons constructed a basketball/sport court and patio for a common picnic area at an apartment complex that houses 31single-parent families. The average income of residents is $8,000 and these are the first outdoor amenities to be offered to them. Thank you to our participating members and to Kitchell Contracting for making this community service project possible!

Staying at the Top of Our Game
In April, the Arizona Cement Masons conducted its journeyman upgrade, with more than 90 cement masons participating. Our journeymen received training in form setting and pan steps at this spring's event. The next upgrade opportunity will be in October.
