The working rules of a contract are agreed upon by both parties, and we will ensure that our workers and labor representatives adhere to those rules, with a good faith understanding that you will, as well.
Will it cost me more to use your manpower as opposed to non-union labor?

Training Costs - Arizona Cement Masons takes responsibility and absorbs the cost of all training for our apprentices and journeymen. I don't want to get locked into a long-term agreement -- can I try out the Arizona Cement Masons on a temporary basis?
Yes! The Arizona Cement Masons will work with you on a project-by-project basis, called Project Labor Agreements (PLA). Our PLAs offer you the opportunity to partner with us for one job, with no long-term commitment required. Although we are confident you'll want to continue working with us, this partnership begins and ends according to your project's parameters.

What skill level of workers will I get when I work with the Arizona Cement Masons?
We offer you the best of the best to fit your job's needs. The Arizona Cement Masons require their members to have OSHA 10 training and they are ACI Certified finishers. Typically, our apprentice-to-journeyman ratio is one to five, but this can be adjusted to best accommodate your labor cost needs.
